Come out to the annual Downtown Willoughby Chili Cook Off and get ready to have your taste buds explode with happiness. 10 different locations will be battling for the title of BEST CHILI in WILLOUGHBY. All guests will have access to ballots so they can pick their favorite chili. We also have a judge panel that will be tasting all the locations chili as well.
